ACME GROUP QUALITY OBJECTIVE
At ACME, regardless of the project size, cost or complexity, we promote a culture of quality in everything we do. Using tried and tested procedures we have established, maintained and improved our quality standards year on year.
In 2005 we were assessed by the BSI for ISO 9001:2000 accreditation. During the initial audit and subsequent audits our systems and procedures were tested, integrated and assessed.
2010 is our fifth year and our procedures have been updated to conform to the latest standard, BS-EN ISO 9001:2008. Our commitment and consistency with maintaining a high standard of quality monitoring and continuous improvement was reflected in our successful re-accreditation following our bi-annual BSI assessment.
We listen to our customers, and actively encourage customer feedback in all areas of our business. This allows us to constantly monitor our performance in your eyes and feed these results back to our staff to enable them to maintain our very high standard of operation. This feedback is combined with our own observations of how the system operates. Quality is always about detail; when our work ethic is complemented by efficiency we can be effective in how that product or service is delivered to the client, meeting their expectations and timescales.

Building on the foundations laid down by its predecessors of 1987 and 1994, ISO 9001:2008 is simple and more flexible for organisations to adopt. Making the shift from procedure to process based activities, the new system enables you to link business objectives with business effectiveness more directly.
Based on the established principles of Plan, Do, Check, Act, ISO 9001:2008 focuses on the commitment of top management to build human motivation in order to meet business objectives. Under the new standard, it is recognised that business excellence cannot be delegated and that the most effective way of ensuring ongoing success is through synergy of people and processes.
