Trend
Trend was founded in 1980, it's first controller, the IQ150 was the first ever truly intelligent building services controller, both programmable and networkable. This technology and system architecture was the proving ground for many systems we see today and has been universally adopted.
In 1994 Trend released the IQ200 series of controllers and four years later we saw the release of the successfull IQL LonWorks based terminal unit controller. Trend's latest controller range was released in 2003 and has functionalities such as Ethernet connectivity, a built-in web server and modular design, the IQ3 series. Trend have always designed for backward compatibility thus every controller developed since the first IQ100 series is able to communicate and interact with every controller range preceeding it, something not all manufacturers can claim..
Supervisors and Displays (Management Level)
963 is a graphical, real-time, user interface for the building control system. It enables the user to monitor plant or building services, and make changes to the way the building is controlled from a graphical display. There are several versions of the 963 including 963 Lite, 963 Server, 963 SMS, 963 SNMP, 963 Secure and 963 BACnet Driver. Other devices also include Trend's IQView touch screen display (Shown) and an engineering tool (916) for use on a PDA. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

IQ3 Series (Automation Level)
The IQ3 range has many different types of controllers, with expandable point counts ranging from 16 I/O to 128 I/O on their IQ3Xcite range to specific point counts on their IQ3Xact range. The IQ3Xcite range can be ordered with (web enabled) Ethernet TCP/IP protocols non-expandable controller. Some of the different types of controller are shown below. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

IQ2 Series (Automation Level)
The IQ2 series ranges from a large 96 point I/O (IQ251 Shown) through to a small programmable terminal unit controller the IQ210. All comunication protocols on IQ2 controllers are via the Trend proprietry LAN. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

IQ/IQL Controllers (Field Level)
The IQL range of controllers can be networked using LonWorks (LON), these can communicate with other IQL's and LonMark devices via the LON network and with IQ devices via a LINC or IQ3Xtend. The IQ210 series uses comunication protocols via the Trend proprietry LAN. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
