IQ Assured - Trend Control Systems Limited

 

Extra customer peace of mind and manufacturer support for the service and energy division of ACME Technical Services Limited. The IQ Assured program administered by Trend allows a selected number of Trend partners to enhance their service offer with 24/7 bureau support amongst other extra manufacturer provided services.

 

 

Trend Expert (Summer 2006)

 

Within our engineer base we have certain engineers who have completed the neccessary training to take part in the Trend Expert scheme. When trained sufficiently these engineers are able to sit an exam, on passing, the individual engineers are awarded with 'Trend Expert' status. Acme Technical Services Limited constantly trains their staff both internallly and externally.

In January 2006 the offices of ACME Technical Services Limited were accrediited to ISO 9001:2000 by the British Standards Institute reflecting the quality of the service ACME provides to its clients. Top safety accreditation for ACME Technical Services Limited

The SAFEcontractor is operated by international safety, health and environmental risk management specialists, the National Britannia Group. The system is applicable to most sectors although it is particularly relevant to food manufacture, property, facilities management, retail and leisure sectors, all of which are big users of contract services.

 

ACME is one of the latest group of successful companies to join a leading edge scheme, designed to help industry improve its safety record.

 

HVCA (Spring 2005)

 

 

ACME launches Rent-iT, a new service to remotely collect data from sites. Rent-iT utilises ACME's bureau equipment at its Bagshot office but is designed to cater for customers who do not have a BMS supervisor and need to monitor / alter / graph certain conditions on site, either temporarily or permanently. Data is collected using a radio modem and an outstation so a land line is not necessarily required. Setup takes half a day and monitoring can start immediately. Graph and data can be published in a number of formats for you to present. Whether you have Trend equipment on site or not Rent-iT can be a valuable tool for you and your client.

 

HVCA (Autumn 2004)

 

 

ACME has been a member of the HVCA Group for over 8 years. From the 1st April 2003 all members are required to undergo inspection and assessment every three years to ensure that members comply with the membership criteria. During September 2004 ACME Technical Services Limited were inspected and sunsequently approved to remain within the membership.

 

TTC (Spring 2004)

 

 

In April 2004 ACME Technical Services Limited was awarded Trend Technology Centre accreditation. This is the highest level currently achievable by a Trend Systems House and verifies that as a company we have the required resources, skill level and procedures to manage the largest of projects.
